I am an evaluator and public systems advisor with experience supporting governments, multilaterals, and development organizations across Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
My work focuses on helping institutions strengthen evidence use, improve organizational performance, and build practical systems for decision-making.
I have worked with organizations including USAID, MCC, the World Bank, FCDO, and national governments, and currently am Head of the Zambia Evidence Lab focused on data systems, evidence infrastructure, and government capability.
